- Purchase old survey records
- Conduct Boundary and Topographic field survey
- Prepare a Surveyor’s Real Property Report plus Topographic Plan
- Stakeout for excavation
- Pin footings (main corners)
- Conduct final survey and provide Surveyor’s Real Property Report
